\section[\normalsize]{INTRODUCTION}
This is a sample document format for the two page extended abstract for
submissions to the \textbf{3rd Conference in Recent Advances in Artificial Intelligence (RAAI 2019)}. Although this document is provided in Microsoft Word
format, the paper to be uploaded must be in \textbf{PDF format}. \textbf{Paper
size should be A4 format} (210 mm $\times$ 297 mm). \textbf{Margins should be
set for a 2.5 cm top, bottom, left, and right. For text fonts: use only 10pt
Times} (roman, \textbf{bold} or \textit{italic}), and Symbol. Sans Serif Fonts
such as Arial can be used in Figures. Include all equations, drawings, figures
within the \textbf{two page limit}. You can add the references on the 3rd page. Avoid asterisks, acknowledgements, job descriptions or footnotes. \textbf{Do not add page numbers.}\\

\noindent On the 3rd page you can indicate if you wish to be considered for attending EEML. And make a scholarship request if you need financial support for attending both events, providing a justification. Scholarships are offered need-based.\\

\noindent Extended abstracts should be written according to underlying structure of the structured abstract and in a form that is shorter than the full text. Subtitles of the extended abstract should be composed from the sections of abstract and keywords, introduction and objective, method, findings and argument, conclusion and suggestions. Extended abstract of the full paper shall be written with Times New Roman font, single line spacing and 10 font size. Extended abstracts can contain figures, tables, formulations or images. Extended abstracts should be in a structure that explains the content of the declaration therefore the preparation phase of the said work. Page margins are formed regarding the A4 page size and are 2.5 cm wide from the right, left, top and bottom. End of the lines should be aligned to the right and there should be no syllable segmentation. Extended abstracts should not exceed 2 pages excluding the references and pages should not be numbered. Current literature regarding the work subject should be examined and the differences of the said work from the past, similar works should be presented clearly in the introduction section. \\

\noindent Please be concise in your presentation, highlighting what is novel and original about your submission. Simple equations should be included in-line wherever possible, whereas more complex expressions should be centred and numbered if there are several.

\section[12pt]{METHOD}
All materials and methods that have been used in the work must be stated clearly and subtitles should be used when necessary.

\subsection{Subtitle}
First degree titles (2.) should be written left aligned, all caps and bold. Second and 3rd degree subtitles (2.1, 2.1.1) should be written left aligned, bold and with title case. A blank line should be placed between the paragraphs and there should not be any paragraph indentation.

\section{RESULTS}
The findings and arguments of the work should be explicitly described and illustrated.

\subsection{Tables and figures}
Tables and figures should appear in one column of a page and be numbered consecutively. Figures and texts may appear on the same page, and a centered caption should appear directly beneath the figure. It is preferable that figures be mounted in portrait style and figure captions are no longer than two lines. On figures showing graphs, both axes must be clearly labeled (including units if applicable). \\

\noindent Authors are advised to prepare their figures in either black and white or color. All the tables, images and figures should be centered. Figures and images should be numbered and figure headers should be placed under the figure or image; as for the tables, they should also be numbered and the table header should be placed at the top. References (if any) of the tables, figures and images should be presented right under the tables, figures and images in the form of author surname and publication date. All of the tables, images and figures should be centered. Figures and images should be numbered together (Figure 2) and figure definitions should be placed under the figure or image; as for the tables, they should also be numbered (Table 2) and the table header should be placed at the top of the chart. Table, image and figure headers should be written with upper case initial letters, bold and should be centered. References (if any) of the tables, figures and images should be presented just under the tables, figures and images in the form of author surname and publication date. \\

\noindent Figures should be relevant to the submission and preferably centred as shown below. They should be placed as close as possible to where they are mentioned in the text. Placing subfigures side-by-side is a convenient way to include multiple results within the two page limit. Figure captions should be centred beneath figures and in an 8-point font. Figure captions should be indented 1 cm on both sides and justified on both right and left sides.

\vspace{2ex}
\noindent\footnotesize\textbf{Fig. 1}
The abbreviation ``Fig.'' with number should appear first (in bold) followed by
the figure caption.
\end{quotation}

\noindent
Tables should be designed to have a uniform style throughout the paper, following the style shown in Table 1. Table captions should be in 10pt “Times News Roman” bold, centered, and the texts in Table should be set in 9pt “Times News Roman” font.

\section{CONCLUSION}
Please conclude your work incorporating your most important finding as well as future works (3-4 lines).

\newpage

References should appear at the end of the article in the order in which they
are referenced in the body of the paper. The font should be 8 point, and the
references should be aligned left. Authors are listed first, followed by the
full title in italic, the journal's title abbreviation, the volume number in
bold, page number, and the year in parentheses. Within the main text,
references should be designated by a number in brackets [1], and they should
precede a comma or period [2]. Two references cited at once should be included
together [2, 3], separated by a comma, while three or more consecutive
references should be indicated by the bounding numbers and a dash [1-3].
